To have designed the Series 80 console in the 70's and seen the first board go to Treasure Isle in Nashville, now to bring the old company back with the Series 80 5.1
and to have the first console from our new factory installed again
at Treasure Isle is fantastic.

Treasure Isle is honored to be the 'home' of the first Trident 80 5.1 in the USA. Working with John, Dave, Daren, Suzie and the entire Trident/Oram organization has been a delight.

Treasure Isle was the first Nashville studio to purchase an original Trident 80 in 1981-82, and we've also owned a "B" and a "C." Our "C" was a part of our 'family' for eleven years and considered by many, the best sounding "C" in America.

The Trident 80 5.1--our fourth "80" Series console--is as fitting a compliment to our 'live' room sound! 'If the watch ain't broke, don't fix it,' might well be our motto!

Trident and Treasure Isle are--in a real sense--'partners,' and as such, we intend to continue to offer our clients the very best in analog audio sound.

Working with John to find a console that would attract new projects, as well as maintain those clients we've developed over the past twenty-two years, was a challenge, but by combining the legendary Trident 80 sound, with the additional option of adding several OramPro24 modules for added color, was just the right decision.

We enthusiastically endorse the new Trident 80 5.1.
